Hi
TDV8 problem with accelerating, if i put my foot to the floor on a motorway the vehicle seems to accelerate in steps/pulses and not smoothly I’ve no warning light to go by and it drives fine otherwise.
Any ideas?

Have you noticed any black smoke when you accelerate? , if so check the top intercooler hoses for splits which is quite common 2010 RRS, TDV8

Had the same thing on my TDV8 on the way back from Devon a few weeks ago turbo boost hose had split ,had it replaced back to normal now.

Thanks for the info I’ll check later today and report back I’ve recently purchased this beast and did notice that the top hoses had been replaced with silicone ones.
I’ll check for damage and thanks for your help.

Ok so the two top hoses are intact which are the silicone ones the rest are the stock ones.
Any idea how many hoses there are that I should be checking or is it just the two top ones??
