Hi all,

Yesterday whilst plodding down the motorway at around 60mph with cruise control on I got the dash error 'Engine System Fault' with the red triangle exclamation mark. The car also went into limp mode. After turning off and leaving for a while the limp mode stopped but error remained.

So I did a OBD2 scan and found the following:

P062B - Internal control module fuel injector control performance

I cleared the error and after a short run to the petrol station and shop all seems fine today. I've attached an image of the details of the fault report which gives all sorts of engine info.

Does anyone know which part of the data might be the culprit?

So after clearing the error the car's been running absolutely fine until today where the same thing happened in pretty much the exact same circumstances (cruise control at 60mph about 30 seconds after joining the motorway)

Since I reset it last time I've done multiple trips in the exact same way including some more vigorous driving and town driving too.

I've attached the same fault printout data as the first time if the comparison might help someone shed some light?

Has the car been remapped?

Not that I'm aware? Does the data show it may have been? It's a 2010 and I've had it for a year now, and this problem only started recently.

One other thing that might help is that I had the rocker cover crack last autumn which I fixed myself. The job obviously required fuel lines and injectors be removed but they were all put back in order and with new washers/o-rings etc. I also used some Forte injector cleaner and since then (apart from this intermittent fault) The car runs so sweet. This was all done 10 months ago so not sure if it is related to this?

I was hoping the data values shown in the fault report would highlight a specific issue (faulty sensor perhaps)?
