Dealership troubles/Legal advice

So I finally got my first 2013RRS from the dealership.

Since receiving it had some small issues such as boot strut snapping first time my wife opened it. Another couple small issues.

My big one being the when I bought it they stated on emails the 7 years service was done and cam belt changed on the service. However no paperwork was delivered to prove this. It also said a full service history but in reality had 4 years and none recent.

Now I love the RRS but am I aswell pushing through to return the vehicle if possible and look elsewhere?
What rights do I have after them stating full service history and obv this was reflected on price?

Any helps is appretiated

Misrepresentation and Trading Standards would take a dim view.

If they can't produce the documents to back up their 'salespitch', you are entitled to return the goods for a full refund.

When I trade in my Jaguear XF for my RRS I handed the salesman the receipts I had but I was told they don't pass them on to new buyers as data protection issue's with my personal details being on the receipts. I did say they were the only way to actually prove the work was (or should have) been done, but I still got handed them back. He said the service book stamps (online in this case) were to prove the work. 13MY Range Rover Sport Autobiography SDV6 - mine
