When going away my RRS is left locked alarmed and with Guardian set up. For the first few days In control reports correctly that the car is secure and alarmed, then it goes into sleep mode and I get erroneous information as per the below screen shot



Sure enough when I get home all is as I left her a week earlier. Plus side is she is monitored by my CCTV so I know she is safe, but I wouldn't be happy if she was parked up at say an airport and giving this.

Go into vehicle settings on the app and set up the wake up timer and get it to wake up at predetermined times to see if that stops it.

I have had this just in normal operation with using Guardian mode. At the weekend it said it was alarmed but doors open. The doors were not open.
