stop vehicle stop safely stop engine warning sign

i can not remove this warning sign with a red triangle ,it appears i do not have any
fault codes relating to any issue anybody got any ideas (has been code read 5 times )

2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

Sounds like you need a different / better code reader. Not all readers will read all codes. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
