Took my 2009 RRS 2.7 v6 to local indy to have EGRs blanked and he rang back to say blanking plates on the inlet side wont fit, exhaust side ok, does say on package which i did not see up to 2007, mine is 2009, can someone point me in the right direction to get correct blanking plates for 2009 for the inlet side, i know after 2007 the 2.7v6 are Euro 4. It will take about 10 minutes to make them - so do that. When installing mine I lost one so got an old stainless saucepan and made them out of the base - easy peasy.

What are you going to do about cancelling the engine management light as this will be on as a result - this will require a remap to take the EGRs out electronically.

In my case I had already bought new EGRs and I used these to trick the ECU. I blanked the fitted dead EGRs - made up a EGR loom extension and mounted the new EGRs to the loom in the box behind the air filter - so the engine is blanked, the ECU thinks they are still there and 140,000km later all still works as it should with no EML. 07MY RRS TDV6

The OP has a problem with the blanks on the throttle body.
These aren't flat blanks
