2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Ipanema Sand

Time to Go

Over the years I have been a member of most of these Forums. Started in 2011 with my first LR, a Freelander 2 SD4 HSE, then a RRS followed by D4. I had a FFRR Westminster for a month but it had to be returned as it had significant engine problems and I replaced it with a truly wonderful MY 13 RRS HSE BLACK.
This week I have traded her in for a 2015 FFRR TDV8 AUtobiography, and it was emotional 😪. She was undoubtedly the best car I have ever owned. Four and a half years of absolutely trouble free motoring.
The FF has always been an aspiration and this one seems to a good deal . Montalcino Red with a black roof and Ivory interior, it’s quite stunning.

I shall still lurk and with my limited knowledge help members if I can contribute.

I am now going to attempt to load the only photo I have at the moment as she is with the dealer having a bit of TLC before I take delivery.

Why the picture is 90 deg out I have no idea

Nice looking colour. Not sure I've seen that before. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Thanks. It does seem to be a rare colour but everyone seems to like it so can’t understand why it’s hasn’t been ordered more often.

Im' sure its called Barossa. My 2015 My Sport is Barossa. It was discontinued after about 6 months. I had my car on order but was going to be out of the country for a few months, so the dealership put back the delivery. When I ordered it no-one at the dealership had seen a physical car only the 2" square colour chart. Normally order black but thought this would be a nice change. Anyway after about 3 months they phoned to say the colour was being discontinued so if I wanted it the order had to go in within a few days. I was delighted that I chose it. Never ever seen another. Looks black from a distance, but when the sun hits it the metallic flake really sparkles. Enjoy it, looks great. I am thinking of selling mine to get a full size V8 Autobiography, but love the car especially the colour & its only done 13000 miles, so I keep changing my mind. After looking at mine, yours looks brighter.

To add, photos don’t do this colour justice. If JLR had offered this colour when I ordered I would have order it in a heartbeat. Top class (although I prefer privacy glass). L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
