Hi guys

Long time lurker! Have a 2009 sport and think I need to update the software. Maps are out of date and my iPhone 12 Pro Max loves to drop connection half way through calls!

Tried to ring Land Rover but they don’t seem to work weekends in the dept in after!

Can anyone help me with costs or even suggest someone who could do it locally? South Wales/ Bristol would be ideal.

The maps on the 2010 MY, marketed as from September 09 like mine, have the maps on a HDD buried somewhere inside the dashboard module. They can only be updated by a main dealer at fabulous expense, the latest version being only 2014. So save your money and use either Google maps or a free-standing satnav.

On a more positive note, the bluetooth should be upgradable by GAP IID or sending it somewhere. So don't give up hope on that one.

Assuming there is a newer S/W available
