Hi guys new owner questions appreciate any help

hi guys
looking forward to hopefully owning my first RRS next week!
I have reserved a car to collect after weekend, its a 2014 HSE DYNAMIC 3.0 SD V6, found a health check in the glove box from 6 weeks previous and had the following on it would any of these be a reason to worry? thanks for any help in advance.

battery 2018 down 100amps

arc pipe misting from arc pump to main pipes

drive belt tensioner starting to rust

n/s/r handbrake motor startin to crack

Would at least get them to replace the H/Bake motor, assume they mean plastic housing cracking could lead to water ingress and failure in the future around £200.00 for a new one.

thanks for the reply Col its priced quite well so would be happy to get the rest done myself soon as I'm the owner, is there anywhere in the northwest anyone can recommend for the work to be carried out

MY 14.5 - I've had the arc pipe misting issue, replaced the pipe from the pump to the first joint, seems to be from where the alloy pipe is crimped to the high pressure flexible section. Never lost any fluid but annoyed me so I replaced it. Easy job to do, if you buy the pipe it comes with the seals for both ends so don't go buying those separately.
