Sadly I announce the end of my love affair with my 2010 Autobiography is over.......We just couldn't get along, she was beautiful...but knew it....she had me wrapped around her finger....pampering to her demands, more fuel!...Get me new timing belts...change my battery, pay my huge road tax......I did them all and more....but she was stroppy.....I wanted to take her out....she refused to go.....not once, on numerous occasions.....she said she loved the cold and snow...she lied....when the cold came she wouldn't budge. In the end I could take no more...we parted ways. She got the new rubber boot liner and new carpets.....I got the usb stick with 1,000 songs. Yes, I shed a tear......but I have a new love now.....Not as beautiful, but she loves me....and I love her back.....and she does as I ask....with no tantrums.....I am a happy man!

Wow, she must have been moody. Both of mine have been great in snowy conditions. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |

Don't get me wrong mate when she was in a good mood she loved the snow, the cold the ice....but if I left her more than a few days she wouldn't start....having to have her jump started on numerous occasions....intermittent battery issues, new battery...same again. I finally just couldn't take the unreliability....We had to part ways sadly. 2010 RRS TDV6 3.0 Autobiography - Stornoway Grey

They do like to be hooked upto a CTEK charger if not used every day. (to prolong battery life, and to ensure it will always start)

Yeah Andy the CTEK would have been ideal my son used one on his FF, unfortunately my car is parked on the street running the cable to the car would have been impractical. Hopefully I have more joy with the xe. 2010 RRS TDV6 3.0 Autobiography - Stornoway Grey

We don't make a big thing of doing Jags, but they share a lot of the same components, we have diag for them, and access to OSH, so why not |
