My incontrol app on my phone won't connect to the car. Been working fine for almost a year now with no issues. Does it connect to the sim in the car that I put in? Could that be the issue? I got a two year sim with 24gig on so shouldn't have ran out but if that's it i'll replace it. Or could it be a case of uninstalling the app and reinstalling? If i have to do that would I have to go through the details of setting it all up again? Or is it something else?

had to sign out and in again and all way fine.. odd.

Yeh mine did that a few weeks ago.

The whole of that system is iffy in my opinion and feels like a number of systems glued together.

- Navigation is constantly getting signed out. You sign in, say remember password and yet after a few days it still does it.
- The 3G SIM keeps turning itself off for no reason. I'm sure the designers never though the car would be somewhere without coverage but Gloucestershire and Herefordshire are a coverage nightmare.
- You can only view previous journeys from the app, not from the InControl website. Some features are there, but some not.
- The maps downloader is sooo slow even of fast broadband and plainly throttled at Here Maps servers
- Wifi antenna in the car is awful. Mine parks within a couple of meters of an AP and still cant see it.

I love the car, but some of the systems are awful.
