Passenger Side footwell water when it rains

I have a very small amount of water ontop of my passenger side mat when it rains.

It seems to be coming from the glovebox area, so I'm guessing it's from the blower motor? Is the water coming in from where the windscreen meets the plastic trim thing at the bottom? If so, will a bit of clear silicone sort it?

I have already sorted the problem with the A pillar so I know it isn't coming in from there.

Might be worth trying this little mod shown towards the bottom of the post if it is the scuttle panel leaking.

Thanks. Is the scuttle panel easy enough to take off?

Or could I just add some silicone between the windscreen and scuttle panel?

The difficulty is getting the wiper arms off.
Once that is done it’s easy.

Silicon would be a partial fix I guess if you can’t get arms off
