Just bought a 2018 RRS

Keen to set up profiles for my key and my wife’s key so that when we each get in the seat adjusts automatically as does other settings on the touch screen. His do I do this? It was pretty easy in my BMW.

If its like my l320 then on the steering wheel column, there is a joystick to move the steering wheel in/out/up/down
it also has a dial - move it to "auto"
then it will remember as you wanted. Current car - 2016 MY17 L494 in black - sometimes towing a Buccaneer Cruiser.
Sadly gone - 2013 L320 3.0 TD in grey! sometimes towing a Buccaneer Cruiser.

I think that is for easier entry.


My 2005 can do it, so should be able to on later ones.
However I would recommend setting your seat positions with your key, lock the car.
Then get the wifes key, and set her possition and save.

It should make things easier.
