United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Zermatt Silver
Michelin Pilot Sport 4

I'm thinking of a set of these for the car at 275/40r20 as my insurer won't play ball on /45's. Anyone have any experience or view on them? Seem to be the latest gen and, maybe, a step up from the Latitude 3's? Cheers,

Stuart.

These are now on the car and they are fantastic! Much better than the old Conti's. Stable, quiet and ride superbly. If you don't go off road with any vigour or your insurer isn't happy about /45 profile, I really recommend. Cheers,

Stuart.

Are you referring to the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV Range tires?

I am thinking of getting the Michelin PS4S (None SUV rated tyres) but the load index is relatively similar... did you explore those ?

I fitted the non S version. Pilot Sport 4 SUV. Frankly they're bloody brilliant. Some much better than the Conti's. Lighter too, like all Michelins seems to be and balanced beautifully.

I'm thinking of getting some PS4 All Season for the winter. We rarely see much snow but the PS4 are very much summer tyres. Did you get the PS4S's in the end? Cheers,

Stuart.
