Shmoogle is right. It really depends on how much driving you will do. I have never owned a car beyond 60K so this would have little value to me.
There are five service intervals on the S/C to 100K (including 100K). If the average retail cost of these is say, 250 EUR then this is worth 1,250 but actually costs the dealer some 40% less (or more, particularly in the UAE where "guest worker" labour will be cheaper).
I don't think the service offer is such a hot deal in that context.
