It was the instrument cluster, I bought a used unit and programmed it myself with the help of GAP Diagnostics and my GAP iidtool.
There is a couple of companies state side that fixes them, maybe a company in the UK also does. The solder on the main chip needs to be reflowed as it has cracks. 2009 Range Rover Sport Supercharged
