Keys not locking

I'm having a problem with locking and unlocking the car. Both keys now will not work. I have tested the keys and they are emitting a signal. I have tried to re sync them to the car but still won't work. Any help would be appreciated. New alternator.
Gearbox flush.

There's a guy in ebay that refurb's them for about £25 he did mine so send one key of and see if that sort's it out it's a quick turn around Thumbs Up

How do you re sync the keyfobs please?

I've just got my new keyfob back from our friend on Ebay but it's still no go, I'm sure there was a process for re syncing them but I cant remember it Plazmapete mentioned doing it, how please?

Perhaps a receiver issue search on the site I’m sure I have seen some with a failing receiver also Thumbs Up

Yesterday none of my 3 keys would lock or unlock the car. Last night all 3 were working. But today none if them are working again. Any help?? New alternator.

search for 3 wire splice

basically inside the car, along the passenger sill at the front is the wiring loom.
In there lots of green wires which join in a crimp joint.

It probably needs re doing. (soldering ideally)

I have searched for the 3 wire splice but not found much. How do I get the sill trim covers up? New alternator.

Can only find a splice with 2 green wires. New alternator.

I haven't done it yet as there are only 2 wires not 3. Also the wires are bone dry. After putting some kitchen towel under the cables the towel was only damp. New alternator.

I think I saw an example on the disco forum of a pic with 2 wires

Have a read over there. Lots of posts.

Mind you , you haven’t got much to loose.
At least it’s eliminated if nothing else
