Does not sound good> maybe the garage made a mistake and they did not install the cambelt properly. The engine might be out of timing...which could cause severe damage. Do not run it! Have it towed RRS 3.0 SDV6 HSE Lux

Ok, so took back to G-Salmon and it was the fan knocking on the housing - the fan blade is slightly cracked and has wobble, they said they must of done something when removing to do the belts!
