Hi Mate

I dont have any but just some advice before you part with your cash!

Make sure they are genuine onyx wheels, I have a mate who had some on his tdv8 RRS and they looked great but he kept getting slow punctures on the front after a few months and put it down to maybe the tires being a bit old of the valves so he went and got some new tires and when the tire shop took them of they had several cracks around the inside of the rim, they said they would stick some new tires on and put some duck tape over the crack in the hope they would see and said he could get them welded but basically dont as the well will be stronger than around the crack and the integrity of the wheel had been compromised so could split as anytime!

he sent in a picture to Onyx to ask for a replacement price or if they would warrant the issue but they said that the wheels were copies and sent a picture of the genuine version and they were close but you could tell the copy wasnt quite the same.

They also said that the copy wheels from china are made form much lower grade alloys and on 22s this is a problem but also they need to take the wait of the RRS.

The price will probably depict if they are gen or not but also if you are looking on ebay ask for pictures of the inside edge of the wheel to check for welds or cracks, Im sure the overfinch copies will be the same!

Good luck in your search chap they do look good on though I must admit

Yeah they look nice I had the same set on my RRS AB she was black and I had them resprayed in gunmetal and they looked awesome. My mate wanted the same so found a set but his were had loads of issues.

I decided to go back to the style 10 20's and it made the ride so much better and I was less scared of bumping up curbs or potholes! Southampton is littered with potholes!
