Any "essential" accessories?

Anything you've got for your L494 after purchase which you are really glad you did?

Top of my list is a boot liner

Agree on the bootliner, I also put on mudflaps.
Invest in a decent phone bracket as well.

Wish I had the money for a towbar! RRS HSE Dynamic SDV6 2014

Boot liner, rubber mats all around, dynomat padding to both front doors to remover speaker rattle and removed the fiont door speaker cladding between the door trip and speaker - better sound. TV/Video in motion module (if you have the TV option)

Heated steering wheel if not fitted as standard in your chosen model! Always thought it was a gimmick until I had one and now I wouldn't do without!

Side Steps defo (make it a bit easier getting in an out in tight spaces!
Boot liner and spare set of mats for winter, I have a spare set of Aplaca mats that came with th car but rubber ones would be best if you know you are getting mucky or off roading.

Wifi charger for phone save all those cables

https://www.carqiwireless.com/collections/...sport-2017

Bit of a time consuming job to fit but not too bad and they are cheaper if you buy from Ali Express same model!

Small USB stick to store all your music and video on (you can BT your phone an use Itunes or Spotify but if the signal is rubbish then this is a back up and saves a massive search for stuff as its like your own library in the car.

If looking for a car these are good to have
Aux heater (if you are specing new and its diesel) heats the car up quicker in winter and can be remotely or timed pretty handy when its cold! Also the heated wheel is nice but would pay too much extra.

TV if you can get one with handy in jams (I must get TV in motion)

Cruise control with auto brake
Dynamic model as it handle quite well if you wanna have fun.
Heated and cooled seats the cooling is just enough during summer you wont feel it waering jeans but normal trousers and shorts you can.
Blindspot monitoring is pretty handy for all those deliveroo and uber eats riders in town! If a jobs worth doing, get a someone who knows what they are doing to do it!
