Where did you see those numbers? The 2019 spec guide for the V6 shows no difference in combined mpg for the Autobiography versus the Dynamic and only a very slight difference against the standard HSE.

I saw the variations on the listing page for Listers Land Rover for used RRS’s and they show various BHP for V6 and MPG Michael

I wouldn't trust any figures/information given by a LR dealership, to be frank, as they are fairly hopeless. I've stood in LR dealerships and heard salesmen talking to customers and the rubbish they come out with would be funny if they weren't asking for so much money. Many don't even know the basics of the vehicle they're selling. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Looks like Listers have either made the numbers up or taken them from different sources at different times. The calculation method for combined mpg has changed over the years. Here is the relevant page from the 2017 spec guide and it shows 40.4 mpg for all SDV6 variants!
