excellent piece of kit.. very quick too, think living in a new house with slim partition walls is doing some good with the speed.

If you're going to replace the current router, it would be useful to go with a wireless one. I take it you only have a wired router now? Are you talking about at the shop or at home?

Either Linksys or Netgear will do the trick for you and are very well regarded. I recently replaced mine at home as the previous one blew up. I put this one in:

Works a treat and has good coverage too.

Jay,

Streaming Video is always a problem - you may want to consider upgrading the Wireless aerials too - go for a directional aerial to maximum the bandwidth directed to/from the KISS DVD Server

also, positioning the wireless router is very important for maximum bandwidth - remember walls a much thicker if the signals have to pass through at an angle - going for Wireless-N will help improve it however positioning is still important if streaming video

I bought a netgear rangemax next router as the free one from BT was absolute rubbish. I also got a £75 contribution from BT. It seems to be very good. I got it from Novatech in Portsmouth at a great price too.
