Both my screens have failed,either both or individually,on 9 occasions over the last 18 months .My local dealership,Stratstone,have failed to fix the problem which they say is rare.The initial attempts were software updates.More recently they have replaced the IMC,replaced a screen and installed apix overlay wiring harness but the top screen failed again yesterday.
Has anyone experienced similar problems?
If so have they been repaired and what was the fix?

Not on my Sport but my Velar was a nightmare, screens off, no sat nav, no radio, sometimes every second day.

Dealer had three attempts mainly software but some hardware all to no avail.

Gave them the car back and changed to the Sport.
