IID TOOL have a new one looking for a little help

Have a new iid tool last couple of days all set up fine and activated my reverse camera in ffrr mode and updated 3 flash Bluetooth update and clock on display etc. The only thing I want to do now while awaiting a gearbox update direct from gap is to do the snotm update but it isn't in my tool. I've read the manual and I have the new g3 model so should automatically be on it but can't find it in there have all the other ecu flash options and can amend the ccf for it but don't seem to have it on the tool, I've also replugged it back in and re updated on my pc the firmware again but still no joy. Finbers crossed I'm missing something simple I've also checked and I don't have the option on the uploaded tool on my pc to put it on I think the g2 model would of

Thanks for any help most appreciated

Thanks for the reply I've took a read thats helpful and u also think I might drop gap a message when they mail my transmission update back to ask re where the flash is on my tool in the manual it says with the new g3 firmware tool which mine is the snotm should already be installed so no option to go into the loader and select it and put it on but I can't find it

Will report back once figured out Thumbs Up but loving the functionality of the tool I also have a launch x431 tablet but this iid is much better 👌

Just to update now all sorted by Patrick at gap got the transmission update and also the nav on the move as part of a flash update on the loader tool all done and flashed this afternoon no more thump in the gearbox and no more greyed out input on the sat nav nd git the updated 4x4 screen happy days and the 1.25 hr wait or so for the nav in the move gave me time to clean and back to black all under my bonnet so now nice and shiny under there too result 🙂🙂🙂

Both updates by the iid tool can't take any credit other than spending the money on the tool and sitting nailbitiningly through the flash hoping I still have a car to start at the other end of it 😂😂
I had the gearbox flushed by oval autos a little while ago (great place couldn't fault the service) and the thump I had changing gear was still there so now reset adaptations and then updated the software as sent by gap and it drives much smoother now fingers crossed 👍
