Dealer/Applecarplay

Evening,

Trying to get my dealer to enable Apple CarPlay on my 67 plate Sport at the Dealer who for the second time now says he can’t do it and there is a problem at LR’s end and have been told that due to a technical issue they can’t install ( he doesn’t know what the issue is!).

Can anyone shed any light on this?
