Lower rear suspension arm MOT advisory

Recent MOT has an advisory that the rear lower suspension arm is coroded.

The car is 15 years old, and there is corrosion on many of the components underneath, but as everything seems pretty chunky and solid it's only really been surface rust, with no real impact (apart from the fuel tank cradle that I replaced).

There's no problem with the bushes etc so I was thinking of leaving the arms, any other experience of this? If it's a safety issue I'll replace it, but don't want to throw money at it if not really required.
