I installed the Bovee 1000 into my 2010 18 months or so ago, never looked back.
I haven't used it for podcasts though, only streaming music actually stored on the phone, can't see why it wouldn't work though.

As above I have installed a Bovee and anything playing on my Android phone, Amazon music, Youtube etc is played via the head unit.

Well it turned up today and I've already arranged the return label 😂
The sound quality was terrible, quiet, tinny and had a clicking noise in the background, tested on a couple of devices too.

I've spent £6 on a USB C to Aux cable instead

Something not right there, the Bovee is crystal clear quality, wonder if you got shipped a faulty one?

As above, mine is crystal clear too.
I stream Amazon music via my 3g to my phone and then Bluetooth to my head unit and I'm more than happy with the quality.

Brazil 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Santorini Black

I had the same problem with boovee Bluetooth dongle in My RRS 2010.

After study it I noted the problem is not the dongle but the cable sent with the dongle.

the seller sent me a very bad cable quality.. Even with less pins compared with LR original IPOD cable... what makes the sound mono and bad quality.

I found and bought a used GENUINE Land Rover cable and then the sound becomes good and clear.

So.. That's the solution... You must use the original LR cable instead of the one that comes with BOOVEE.

Hope it helps you.
