If your so worried about it can you not find a decent indie to give it the once over. It may cost a couple of quid but if any remedial work is covered by your warranty at least you'll not be massively out of pocket. 2010 RRS, TDV8

At what cost,, surely not free??. I know the AA are good but are they suitably versed in all things Rangerover, if I wanted to have a no holds barred inspection on mine I would be taking it to someones who's business it was to know them inside out. 2010 RRS, TDV8

For what it would cost a good indie to do a full inspection, if there are issues that can be fixed under warranty i think it would be a good trade off, also they will let you know if there are any be issues that need doing in the near future. |

The AA do know these vehicles, my daughter works for land rover / jaguar assist. It is the AA but they do have their own land rover trained technicians. They sometimes loan them out to workshops. A normal AA inspection would probably get you a technician whose job it it to just check all cars over, but talk to them, see if you can get a jlr trained technician. A phone call to them don't cost anything, but they are protective of the jlr technicians, they are busy. 55 plate

Agree with Gogsy and 1 richard 1 there is a very thorough indie in Horndean (up the A3) he was dealer trained and only works on Land Rovers, he owns a Sport and a County, have a look at his FB page to get a feel for his work. Mention the club...They do a full health check well worth the money. You will speak to the owner not some know nothing either. I've been very impressed with their work and the customer care
