Bought a Tank Strap from these a month ago. They're phone number isnt working and they are not answering my emails. Does anyone know if they have gone bust? If so i need to start the long and painful recovery process.

They have been like this for a few months now stating due to covid and shortage of staff they were not answering any phone calls, any ?'s please ask by email and all orders will only be taken by the ordering system on the website. Certainly lost an order from me. HTH regards Andy.

I ordered some parts for my RRC from John Craddock in May. They accepted the order, but only when I chased them up did they admit that they couldn't obtain an obsolete part. It took a couple of further emails to their Customer Service (?) Department to get my refund, which eventually came through in mid September.

Paddock got the other parts I needed to me within a few days.

Must admit I like Paddocks but the sad think is they have stopped the counter sales as I only live 6/8 miles from them, but waiting for delivery might as well be 66/88 miles away.

Thanks for that. I really can’t afford to wait too long. I’m going to try and contact again today. Unable over the weekend due to shift work. I’m going to come down hard on the legal side
