Just disconnect the small battery, wrap the terminal with insulating tape and then no more stop/start. 13MY Range Rover Sport Autobiography SDV6 - mine

Try this link, they are not all the same, no second battery after about 2017 models , they use a capacitor for the backup power:

The stop/start not available comes up in the cluster, when i remove the cable from the small aux battery in the back |

That’s because it’s not Available as the battery has been disconnected,just press the ok button to clear it & alls well. Andy.
