Have a 2009 RRS 2.7d, trolling through loads of post regarding DD radio upgrade but still cannot find answers that i need, i have the top info and nav screen so have the fiber optics from radio to top screen( have checked), however there is no amp under drivers seat so dont know what system the radio is, no Harman Kardon or Logic 7 signage on door speakers either, any ideas, with the fiber optics this is confusing me a little. |

Have looked under the passenger seat and can only see the CD unit, however quite a few wires coming out of that, what do the green wires indicate, cheers |

Yeah green and white wires present on the right, so that explains why there is no amp.

looks like it will it a bit easier fitting a DD radio being no amp installed, i have read somewhere you can keep the top display if you dismantle the radio and keep attached the circuit board and tuck it away behind the dash, more research i think and maybe a talk to Incar-Tec, cheers and thanks for reply. |
