Battery Advice 2010 l320

Hi,

just looking at changing the battery on my 2010 L320 3.0TDV6, have read some other posts but some saying i need AGM some saying you dont need AGM

its obviously not a stop start car, but the current battery is exide tech agm battery with JLR stickers on etc.
