Bite the bullet,,, the brackets will certainly not be worth saving. Shear the heads off the bolts,,you might be lucky and get a couple out, drill and re-tap the holes 8mm, just done mine,,,,,, not a big job at all. 2010 RRS, TDV8

If you decide to go down the removal route, I've got a pair of uncut sills from my 2008 TDV8. Not sure if they fit yours or not.

Same part number now 2005 through to 2013 so imagine the should fit without any problem.
