2006 supercharged, engine cut then won't start for an hour.

Hey guys, new to the page and was wondering how long it would be before I needed some gurus advice lol.

So problem started last week, engine all of a sudden lost power cut out and then wouldn't start back up for an hour or so/engine had cooled down.

It popped up the management light when it cut out, but when it started again the light went off?

Just wanted to know if any one else had experienced anything like this before? Car runs absolutely sweet other than that haha.

Thought it could be fuel related, but I would only be guessing.

Any help appreciated.

Cheers

Had something similar with my wife's Saab. Eventually I traced it to a fault with the alarm/ECU that went into lockout for about an hour. Then it would allow you to restart it.
It would happen when we were out, so I used to pull the battery connector, which forced a reset, and all would be fine. Eventually I got the ECU re-programmed (with the same code), which fixed the problem. I think it was because the ECU memory was aging and needed refreshing.

Might be worth pulling the battery when it happens to see if it is something like this.
