Parking sensor paint flaking off

The 2 rear parking sensors in the black section of my rear bumper are showing the metal as the paints flaking off and the cap is corroding. Has anyone successful re-painted there’s? I can easily repaint them but I don’t want to paint them and then find the beeper sounding all the time.

New Zealand 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Santorini Black

I painted mine when I fitted O/F bumpers 4/5 years ago using aerosol cans, never had a problem, L/R only supply ones in primer these days ready for painting.

Cheers

No, as the car is Santorini Black just used a can of that and then lacquer. Believe it or not L/R actualy issued a instruction how to go about painting them, probably have a copy somewhere. Never painted the whole body as makes them tight to fit in holder.
