I have a 2017 RRS I have tried what I think is everything to get voice guidance to work on my sat nav with no luck. Does anyone know how to to get this to work or have any ideas that I can try?

Might sound daft, but have you got the SatNav volume turned up?

If you have the radio on and coming to a junction where there is a command (say "turn left into High St") the radio volume should disappear and you should be hearing the command. Got this sorted, it had to go to the main dealer for a system software upgrade. This also fixed the not working voice command button on the steering wheel 2017 RRS Dynamic Corris Grey/Black roof
