High pressure fuel pump

About to change the high pressure fuel pump on my 2011 3:0l, is there anything i should be looking out for, like any specialist tools needed and roughly how long should it take. Cheers and keep up the good work and stay safe

Thumbs Up to lock the pump up has it got to be a specialist tool from jlr or is there an alternative
