New parts of the car still trying to work out

Hi,
My Topix detail sheet shows that my car has these options:
KEYLESS ENTRY/START-PASSIVE
LEISURE ACTIVITY KEY
SOFT DOOR CLOSE

I'm assuming that as they are specced, they should be ready to use, but we all know what it is to assume.

I've tried to get the leisure key working, to no avail.
To open the car i still need to press the unlock on the key fob or the app
and for some reason SWMBO thinks that as we have a big heavy car then we need a big heavy swing to make sure the doors close properly. But i haven't seen any soft close activity - which i wold love.

To these settings need to be enabled in the menu??

As for the soft close doors, close a door softly on the the first catch & it should pull fully closed,if it doesn’t then I’m guessing you haven’t got soft close doors.wont be the first time Topix is wrong.

The keyless entry might have been disabled by previous owner, their is posts on here somewhere hold to enable & disable.

Leisure activity key I’ve no idea, never had it on a car so I cannot help with that but I’m sure someone else will. Andy.

I have the Activity Key although not had the need to use it yet. When the vehicle was handed over to me the sales guy could could lock the car but not unlock it using the Activity Key. I got it working, much to his embarrassment, by pressing the tailgate button and then touching the Activity Key within a few seconds.

Another point to note is that it is the second R (Rover), the guy spent ages trying to lock the car on the first R (Range).

When I got home I read the manual:

Activity key locking

The ignition must be switched off. After exiting the vehicle and closing the last open door, or the tailgate, the antenna for the activity key activates for 30 seconds. The antenna is located behind the letter R for Rover of the tailgate's Range Rover badge. The user has this time to place the activity key wrist strap against the letter R. When the security pairing is complete, the vehicle locks and arms the alarm system. The hazard warning lights flash to confirm. If power-fold mirrors are enabled, they fold in.

Activity key unlocking
When returning to the vehicle, press the tailgate release button to reactivate the antenna. The antenna activates for 30 seconds, allowing the user to place the activity key's wrist strap against the letter R. When the antenna recognises the activity key, the vehicle unlocks and disarms the alarm system. The hazard warning lights flash to confirm. If the power-fold mirrors are enabled, they unfold. MY19 RRS Autobiography Dynamic 3.0 sdv6, Carpathian Grey, black pan roof, black pack, black 22’s, black side steps, ebony/ebony interior

Got the keyless entry to work, turns out the spare key that didn't really work was actually the main key and needed a new battery.
Still trying with the activity bracelet.
Soft close seems to just be a teaser on the Topix site. 2019 RRS P400e Autobiography

With the activity key, doesn’t the fob have to be inside the car for it to work? The idea was that you leave the not very waterproof normal fob in the car and go off swimming/canoeing/sailing and take the activity key wrist band with you as it is totally waterproof........... make sure that both normal fobs are working before locking one inside the car though to avoid Embarassed 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Have the cool box also, haven't used it yet. Probably won't.
The activity key is probably overkill, but could be useful during the summer if i rock up ref a rugby game and have all my kit on so don't need to change etc and lugs stuff around 2019 RRS P400e Autobiography
