Are you saying the 2011 r/h switch pack you have does not have the voice command button? as mine is a 2012/13 steering wheel and that certainly has unless, it's a market specific or model thing.

Hello.

No the wheel I got does not have it. I have the button for the heat on the right and nothing on the left control pack. Can you post a photo of the Voice Command button on yours?

I do have the button but it does not have the icon... I’ll test it

Might be just a blank, as according to the parts list the switch packs didn't all have the voice input feature.
