Tried the new GG AT3's today to see how they'd get on. Didn't end well - made it 20 feet along the edge of a field (the adjoining track was impassable) before this happened.... !......





Luckily had my 20 feet of heavy duty tow strap with me to be pulled out by a Daihatsu Fourtrak (who could grip on the nearby hard road)

Are those the Hawke tips you have on the back by any chance? Do you have any pictures please? I'm considering getting a set. Kev

Please tell us you had permission to be there. If a right of way is impassable, you should back off and go elsewhere. Going off route is a no-no.

What terrain response setting did you use? Did you just tickle the throttle to get a little bit of wheel spin and then let the traction control system figure stuff out? Or did you do a Clarkson ("poweeer!")  2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

I was checking on some old stone barns over the fields for the landowner so all in order for me driving there. Usually this track and field are solid just below the surface (been going down it for 10 years).

Tried it in Mud and Rut to see if that would help. Couldn't reverse over a small slope not visible in the piccy. As a last ditch used 'plenty of welly' before calling for assistance . Might just as well be properly stuck!  There is no replacement for displacement - W O Bentley
