Hi All,

On Saturday evening i had some new (genuine) alloy wheels fitted. The TPMS sensors where transferred from existing to new alloys. For about ten miles everything was fine, then all of a sudden i got a warning saying TPMS error - front left not being monitored. This warning does not go away and stays.

Any ideas on what the issue could be? I could go to the tyre shop but not sure what they would be able to look at? Seems too much of a coincidence that it has become faulty all of a sudden after being swapped. I wouldn't even know what to ask them to check!

All other 3 are absolutely fine! As you can imagine this quite annoying while driving so any help much appreciated.

Tyre fitter could have damaged the sensor fitting the tyre & not known about it,when fitting tyres with TPMS tyre has to be in a certain position as not to damage,,ive done one myself when customer was talking to me & I totally forgot cost me £70  Andy.
