Congestion charge in Scottish cities

I see congestion charge coming to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Aberdeen. As I work close to Edinburgh city centre I am no doubt going to be affected. I could get my 2006 tdv6 modified but I guess that means bolting a DPF on and I’m not doing that. Looks like I’ll buy a cheap Fiesta etc as a commuter.

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

A used Renault Zoe and a £20pa Chargepoint Scotland Card would get you free parking and charging at the tram stop out by the airport if you are out on the west side! Or the new Mini E would be more fun........ although only 140 miles range in the summer and 110 miles in the winter. No need for a home charger too as quite a few car park parks now have free to use chargers for CPS card holders 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW
