All 3.0 with DPF should be 5W30 C1 to:

Ford & Jaguar WSS-M2C 934-B

STJLR.03.5005

Thumbs Up

EDIT: As Andy has used above Thumbs Up

This has got me wondering now......hoping what I ordered was correct. Checked handbook and it states 5w30 meeting WSS-M2C913-B specification only which matched the description of the Mobil Super 3000 X1 FE .

Right stuff for a RRS1 3.6TDV8?

Apologies in advance for follow up on this.

Checked the oil that was delivered and the spec on the bottle shows WSS-M2C913-C and WSS-M2C913-D. Took it back to Eurocarparts and asked for B spec but after checking with someone they have come back saying that this oil is suitable as it "supersedes" spec B (that was according to a JLR site apparently).
I've never really delved any further than ensuring I had the correct grade of oil when purchasing for all my other cars and didn't care much as they were company owned.
Am I being fobbed of with bull by Eurocarparts and what would be the outcome if I did use this and it is wrong?

5/30 B5 is what you need to see on the can. The brand of oil is entirely up to you. It doesn't help the consumer when Castrol (for one..) show the front glossy label as 5/30 A5..but the small print on the rear of can usually has a full spec. list.
This may help:
