Anyone know this 2012 Autobiography

Was thinking to go and have a look. It looks overpriced? Thoughts?

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Grange is a main dealer for JLR so you will be paying for it to be an Approved Used vehicle. Nothing to stop you going in and making a cheeky offer though, used L320 SDv6 don’t exactly fly off forecourts these days so they might be happy to move it on before they get a heap of new stock of used cars with the change of plate coming next week, could even leave it a couple of days when salesmen start to worry about end of month sales figures and bonuses......... 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

As Tim says I agree, but according to Autotrader valuations, dealer price £19320 - £21320 & private price is £17160 so looks like the price asking isn't too bad

It's worth what you're prepared to pay for it. If you plan on keeping it for a long time, then the sticker price is less of an issue than the history, condition etc. If it's going to be a case of "scratching the RRS itch then selling it on", then it's a different matter.

If it ticks your personal boxes, then do as Tim suggests and go in and make them an offer. There are lots of RRS out there so you don't have to buy the first you see. They know that too so might be open to a deal to shift it. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Thanks guys.

I've had a RRS before and sold it, but I miss it. So would like back in. Just don't want to over pay. If you know what I mean.

England

With the mileage and age where it is in the country I would say its about right,
North England or Southern Scotland you could possibly save £3-5k for the same
spec and year,
But as the others say make them an offer of where your happy to pay, take into account
you want a good warranty, so will have to add that on top remember the £555 road tax as well
plus your insurance,

at £20k you could easily be handing out £22-23k depending on the cost of the warranty and insurance..

Good luck.. ===========================================

Thanks for all the replies.

I went and test drove it today... looks and dove nicely.

We had a chat about the car..

The service history is patchy, with two of the yearly services missing.

There's also an MOT missing, but it could've been Sorn or completed on another reg number.

Its has the brake pads changed recently but needs its 7th Service, which I believe is the cambelt as well. (can someone confirm that)

I made an offer of £18000 but they refused, stating they've already been offered £19500.

So I left and said thank you..

I'll keep looking abd place a wanted ad in the for sale section and see what happens

Thanks for all the input so far.

I think if they’d been offered 19.5k then it would have been sold.Keep looking as something will come up you like. Andy.

@ Tyrefitter, I think you hit the nail on the head there. Who wouldn't accept an offer £500 below the asking price. Seems very strange.
