United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Santorini Black
2010 3.0 ltr TDV6

I'm new on here and new to the RRS. I am going to look at a 2010 3.0 litre TDV6 which has done 80k and has a full service history but i'm not sure if it is main dealer.

Are there any particular faults etc that I should look out for or be asking about?

Does the 2010 3.0 TDV6 have a cam belt or timing chain. If it's a belt, at what time/mileage should this be changed and are any other works recommended at the same time as the belt is changed?

Any responses would be gratefully received as this is the most I will have ever spent on a used car but......I can't wait to get one Thumbs Up

Timing belt change due at 7 years or 105K miles. Not 100% sure about miles but definitely 7 years. Fuel pump belt done at same time. Makes this service very expensive. Just about to pay £850 for mine.

Some say suspension issues are likely to start about 70 - 80K miles so check all suspension bushes & joints.

I've had my Dec 2009 for two years now and had no problems at all. It has done 41K miles. Fantastic car.

Good luck!

Ok, thanks for the reply Rich. I'll check-out the suspension that you mentioned.

Are there any other gremlins with these cars that I should be looking out for or be asking about?

hello guys,
I have a friend's RRS for some works and he desires to change the timing belt and components.
Could somebody tell me if I have to change the fuel pump belt kit as well as the oil pump?
The car is a 2010 facelift model. As far as I know the oil pump is already upgraded. is that true?
