2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Java Black

2016 - Hotspot

Hi,

In the menu of the touchscreen there is a wifi hotspot option, when i choose it i get notified that there is no sim card.

Where does one put the sim card? and what type of sim?

I presume a sim with a Data plan and then this would just give you a wifi hotspot in the car?

Purchase a data sim and it fits in a special SIM card holder at the bottom of the dashboard trim under the steering wheel...this will enable you to use the vehicle as a wifi hotspot...

I don't have a 2016 anymore but from memory the sim card goes in down in the drivers footwell , stick your head in the footwell and look up , not the most convenient place to say the least ! MY24 Dynamic SE,MY21 HSE Silver, MY20 SQ7, MY 18 RRS HSE Dynamic , MY 16 RRS Autobiography now gone & MY 2005 Discovery 3 HSE that I will be buried in !
