I have set up the app etc removed the previous owners details and paired the app to my car

Register online, buy subscriptions online for IC Route Planner, pro services etc, put SIM in car and away you go. Ferrari F430 Spider F1

i have an account, all logged in etc but the previous subscription has expired, there is no links anywhere to actually renew the subscription |

i have been in to my local dealer who removed the previous owner from the system allowing me to register with the vehicle, they said i just need to subscribe online but looks like another visit to them |

It is but save yourself a journey and give them a call, that's what they are there for. They should be able to check what the status of your car is and what you should do next. You don't say what subscription you want as I understand there are two; one for secure tracker etc and one for maps with live traffic update. However that's for mine with InControl Pro but I suspect you have Touch and I don't know how that system works or whether it's the same or not for subscriptions, etc. Have you looked at IC Route Planner to see if you have any map subscriptions? that is what has expired, i have maps of current journeys showing up and other stuff in the app working
