I was wondering what your experiences are. In the past when in the warranty period the garages have always told me to phone the assistance number in order to get my repairs done quickly.
This t8me I called them out
And fault is radar cruise ACC and intelligent emergency braking system not available.
They just said book into dealer at your earliest convenience....which happens to be mid Feb.
Is this normal ? Have they changed the process to only essential works N

Last time I used them last year was when my car went into limp mode,I called them & they came straight out within 15 minutes,prior to that is when I had my12 red edition & I had a suspension issue,called them at 9am Sunday morning & they were at my house for 10am so I can’t knock them. Andy.

Came within 1 hour and diagnosed but as it’s driveable have to book in as normal.
