the driver’s side aluminium door sill trip is pretty busted as per the attached pic.

Can anyone recommend a good place to get a replacement one from please? Also does anyone have any experience of removing this and replacing it please?

I’ve removed - replaced a few in my time - for a new piece try the obvious sites first - fleabay etc & at worse you can source them through your local stealership. They don’t come as a pair so that’s handy in your situation The B pillar door trim is the only other part involved & only the lower part has to be pulled away slightly to allow the sill plastic to fit. Start by removing the damaged trim at the end nearest to the windscreen & pull up sharply. Top tip - beware the clips don’t fall into the holes that the new piece fits into.
