2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Fuji White

SIM Card Not Supported

So I have a new three sim card.
Works perfect in my unlocked phone etc
I put it in to the sim slot, tried every possible way but get the message "Sim not Supported" so I then put back in the card that was in the car when I got it and it was working. This also has the same message???

Any ideas???

I feel your pain, I had a similar problem which ended up with most of the interior being disassembled on my 17 SC looking for a wiring fault. I got rid of the car after 11 months and took a lot of pain.

My advice is don’t mess with it, take it to the dealer and let them fix it. I may just be the reader. Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6

Is there any SIMS that are guaranteed to work just to prove out it's not the SIM?

That's the one I have in. But should only put in the car? I had to put it my phone first and get a text message sent to it

Well with my first one in 2017 I registered it and created an account, etc before putting it in the car.
Then other folk just stuck them straight into the car, so with the following ones I did just that with no problem.

To be clear I am using a Data only SIM like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Three-Mobile-Pay-...amp;sr=8-3

If that is what you are using then I would suspect the reader in the car, there have been several posts about faulty ones. 2023 P440e SE Dynamic on order -cancelled

As above exactly the same sim - out the packaging straight into the Sport - no issues 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

Lol already spent £5 that didnt work lol.
I ordered the SIM on threes website, then when it came, I had to top it up with £5 then register it online. They sent a text I had to click on for it to then work.

So SIM has arrived, still didnt work.
Put it in and got the message "SIM not supported."
Turned car off for a while leaving SIM, now says "Reading SIM" but an icon top left with line through it and the weather app isnt working. Guess faulty card reader
